The Social Housing Company aims to create successful communities by providing affordable homes to the people of Tanzania and all around the world who desperately need better homes. The houses will be new generation homes using hi-tech building materials e.g. lightweighted concrete and systems that can survive extreme weather conditions and is much more coordinated and meets every quality standard and reduces construction costs significantly.

 

We work locally in individual communities to help meet the needs of the people living in poorer communities.

 

We invest mostly in building new homes, shopping malls in cities, towns and villages in Africa. The homes and businesses we fund include affordable homes

 

Currently in Tanzania, many people live in slums which have poor shelters and are dirty which increase risks to contacting various diseases, also in some cases many have died due to living in dirty conditions.
